PROCESS

initial contact & needs analysis

Similar to a custom-made piece of furniture, we determine the end result that is to be achieved in a non-binding consultation.
We discuss your requirements, wishes and needs, including intended use, style preferences, budget and time constraints.

Inventory & Analysis

We carry out a detailed inventory of your room, on site or based on plans and photos. We take into account architectural features, existing furniture and furnishings, and lighting conditions.

concept development

Based on the information we collect, we develop an individual room concept. This includes the selection of colors, materials, furniture and accessories as well as the design of floor plans and room layouts. We pay attention to aesthetics, functionality and your budget.

presentation of the concept

We present you the developed room concept in the form of 3D visualizations, mood boards or sketches. You have the opportunity to give feedback and make requests for changes.

fine-tuning & budget planning

Based on your feedback, we will fine-tune the room concept. We will take your desired changes into account and create a detailed budget plan that includes all costs for materials, furniture and services.

implementation & realization

Once you have approved the final room concept, the implementation phase begins. We take care of procuring furniture and materials, coordinating tradespeople and the actual design of the room. Our team monitors the entire process to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Completion & Handover

Once the room is finished, you will carry out a final inspection and acceptance. Any defects or requests for changes will be rectified. The finished room will then be handed over so that you can enjoy your new living or working environment.
