Return & Refund

If we have made a mistake and an engraving is faulty, please contact us. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Sequence

Return request : Send us an email to info@moebelgoertz.de to register your return. In this email, please send us a photo of the defect, state your order number and name the items you wish to return.

Return label : Once we have received your return request, we will email you a return label to print out as a PDF. This label will make the return process easier for you and ensure that your return can be correctly assigned.

Returning items : Pack the items to be returned securely and stick the return label clearly visible on the package. Then hand the package over to our shipping service provider DHL.

Refund: After we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
